In the past, I had written about the possibility of flareups like what is currently happening in Diyarbakır. It's just a show of force by the PKK. It is trying to prevent military operations by exploiting the people. The security forces are calm, but what’s happening is beyond their control. Also, the DTP is unable to make the PKK listen to reason or is unwilling to say anything. "
