14:08 - 29 March 2006 - Turkish Sabanci Holding Co. finalized its unit in Romania, said company officials as the confirmation of the move comes after Turkish media quoted Ymaz Kulcu, general manager of Cimsa, as saying the cement producer was conducting studies for setting up a business unit on the Romanian market and was interested in European expansion as well, ACT Media news agency reports."
