Last time I had noted the deficiencies of the European Union institutions’ communications and information efforts in our country. The main reason behind this is the fact that EU countries, which are already reluctant vis-à-vis Turkey’s membership, do not provide the necessary funds to the EU Commission. Let’s have a look today at how ready Turkey, which is negotiating for membership, is on awareness-building and communicating on EU matters. "
