"Soyer: Turkish Cypriots are ready for talks
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer responded positively to Greek Cypriot administration leader Tassos Papadopoulos' call for dialogue with the Turkish Cypriots.
'The Turkish Cypriots are ready for talks as part of a process to find a solution to the Cyprus problem,' said Soyer during a Library Week celebration ceremony in Northern Cyprus on Monday."
