"Armenian National Assembly Speaker Contradicts FM Oskanian
Armenia is seeking to arrange partnership with Turkey, discuss the sensitive aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries and find mutually acceptable solutions, said speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Artur Bagdasarian while Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian rejected Turkey�s call for dialogue.
Bagdasarian claimed that Turkey blockaded Armenia by closing its territorial borders with Armenia: 'Armenia is actually being blockaded by Turkey today. But a country that is seeking to integrate into the European Union should abandon the double standard policy, which it is pursuing in relation to Armenia.'"
