German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder has ruled out any new conditions for Turkey's accession talks with the European Union, due to take place on October 3, DPA reported Friday.
'There won't be any additional conditions,' Schroeder was quoted as saying on Turkish television.
Both sides have to remain committed to their pledges which were made last December, added the German leader who will visit Turkey this coming Wednesday.
Schroeder called on Ankara to finally implement the necessary political, economic and social reforms. "
