The Turkey-European Union (EU) Partnership Council, the highest decision-making body, will convene for its 44th session in Luxembourg.
The Council meeting bares a great deal of importance because it will meet before the start of Turkey's membership negotiations with the Union on October 3 and also after the December 17 summit in which Turkey was given a date for the start of negotiations. "
