The Founder of International Shopping Centers Council Europe and its former chairperson Charles Joye has said that American retail giant Wal-Mart will revolutionize the Turkish market when it enters it.
The American retail giant will consolidate purchasing power in the market and drive down prices with its rapid development strategy, according to Joye. He commented that Wal-Mart would achieve its aims sooner if it works with a local partner in Turkey, but noted that he does not have any opinion about who this partner would be. "
