Representatives of the Turkish textile and ready-to-wear sector have asked European Union (EU) Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and Commissioner for Trade Peter Mandelson to take measures against China in a fax message.
Istanbul Read-to-Wear and Ready-Made Exporters Union spokesperson Suleyman Orakcioglu said in Istanbul that the EU Commission should take action on the decision by Euratex that it faces 'unfair competiton' from China. "
