Michael Leigh, Director General of the European Commission’s Enlargement Directorate General, said that no one in Brussels desired the Cyprus matter to lead to a crisis.
Leigh, in his interview with Zaman, refrained from giving a detailed opinion on the Semdinli issue and the headscarf problem."
