"Vanhanen: Turkey has to accept negotiating with all EU 25

Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen has said that Turkey must accept the fact that it has to negotiate its European Union membership with all 25 member states, indirectly referring to the need for Ankara to normalize relations with Union member Greek Cyprus.
'Turkey's membership will be the biggest challenge,' Vanhanen said on Thursday, just a week before Helsinki takes over the EU rotating term presidency which is set to begin on July 1."
