Painters Süleyman Şahin, dubbed the �Shepherd Painter,� Bayram Saltabaş, known as �Bayro,� and Cengiz Çeliker are planning to declare Feb. 27 �World Painters Day,� in honor of which they will host a painting exhibition in the central Anatolian province of Kayseri."
