US policy on trade with the Turkish Cypriot north is still unclear, following statements by the US State Department Deputy Spokesman Adam Ereli.
The Greek Cypriot media last week reported that the US was planning direct trade with the unrecognised Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and direct flights."
