The European Union (EU) is planning to release a delayed €139 million in financial aid to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The EU Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER) decided at its meeting yesterday in Brussels to release €139 million in financial aid to Turkish Cyprus. The decision will be brought before the Council of General Affairs on Monday for confirmation."
