"HSBC says to double its Turkish business by 2010

ISTANBUL (Reuters) - HSBC plans to double its branch network and staffing in Turkey by 2010 and introduce new services, Chairman Sir John Bond said on Saturday.
'We intend to make a substantial investment in our business in Turkey, doubling its size over the next five years,' Bond, in Istanbul for a meeting of the bank's board of directors, told a news conference."
