The �Spanish Model,� regarded as the most successful means of attracting foreigners to buy property and second homes in Turkey, was launched in Bodrum this week.
Yapı Institute's Sea & You project, covering more than 11,000 square meters of land, consists of Spanish Model apartments. These residences, which serve both as private summer homes and tourist facilities, are sold for approximately 150,000 euros. Yapı Institute provides the owners a �rental guarantee�; that is, the assurance that the property will be leased when the owners are not in residence. Their apartments will be rented to foreign tourist through a Yapı Institute-owned company, generating average annual revenue of 7,000 euros. "
