"Erdal Missing upon 4-year Sentencing

Belgium's Bruges Penal Court, where Turkish terrorist Fehriye Erdal and 10 co-defendant members of the terrorist organization DHKP-C stood trial, sentenced Erdal to four years in prison and DHKP-C leader Dursun Karatas to a five year sentence. The organization's speaker Musa Asaoglu received six years, and defendants Kaya Saz, Bahar Kimyongur, Zerrin Sari and Akar Ozordulu received four years. Hasan Ekici, Zeki Karaman, Irfan Demirtas and Nebi Albayoglu were acquitted in the trial where the court emphasized DHKP-C is 'a terrorist organization aimed at the Turkish state.' The court overruled Turkey's demand for a symbolic compensation of one euro."
