"Turkey to appoint coordinator for countering PKK

Turkey is expected to appoint a coordinator to fight against the outlawed Kurdish Workers' Party ( PKK), Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman Namik Tan said.
'We will also appoint a coordinator soon. However, we should make detailed assessment before reaching a final decision,' Namik Tan told a weekly news conference."
