"Rabobank considering withdrawing its bid for Şekerbank

Rabobank said it might consider withdrawing its bid for a 51 percent share of Turkish Şekerbank after a court ruled for the second time that Rabobank should come up with a higher bid.
Chief Executive Bert Heemskerk said he was surprised by the confirmation of the earlier decision, calling it �inequality of justice.�"
