Turkish Foreign Ministry sources yesterday expressed appreciation for the appointment of the U.S. special envoy to coordinate efforts in eliminating the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) threat, but raised doubts on Iraq appointing such an envoy. "
