Artiom Khachaturian, the professor of Yerevan Slavic University called the President of Turkmenistan Saparmurat Niyazov 'barbarians' heir'. According to APA, in last issue of the Political class magazine Armenian professor noted that Saparmurat Niyazov calling the Saldjug Empire the Turkman State does not touch nobody's interest. 'No state protest against Niyazov's this position. Because no one wants to call himself as heir of the Barbarian Empire.'"
