ANKARA - Referring to the illegal demonstrations that took place in some Turkish cities this week, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that the ''purpose of the terrorists is to destroy Turkey's unitary system of government and the unity of the Republic of Turkey.''"
