Iran’s top nuclear negotiator is planning to visit Turkey next Wednesday, diplomatic sources said on Wednesday. Larijani’s visit, originally planned for this week, was postponed due to US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s decision to visit Ankara on Tuesday.
