Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis accused Turkey yesterday of failing to match Greek goodwill gestures when she met with visiting U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in Athens and hinted that Turkish �provocations� could hinder Turkey's aspirations to join the European Union."
