Buyers flock to Turkish homes
MORE than 30 Turkish companies exhibited their holiday homes at the third annual Property Investment Exhibition at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre last weekend (21-23 April).Properties in Turkey were displayed alongside stands exhibiting homes in Brazil, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Egypt, America and the Caribbean. Building contractors, financial advisors and property developers were available to give information on buying properties abroad.
Exhibition organisers Steve Hargett and Maria Parry told the London Turkish Gazette: "There has been a lot of interest in our Turkish exhibitors in particular. Since becoming a candidate for EU entry, Turkey has become a focal point for investors. Clearly customers are also drawn to its natural and historical attractions."
