"Zapsu insulted Turkish nation, says Baykal

Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Deniz Baykal criticized the prime minister’s advisor Cuneyd Zapsu yesterday, saying that he insulted the Turkish nation through statements he made in the U.S.
Speaking at a party group meeting in Parliament, Baykal said Zapsu called on U.S. officials to use Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, adding, 'That statement is shameful. What are they going to use him for? An operation against Iran and Syria?'"
