The Associated Press reported Turkish media as saying Turkish troops have surrounded 100 Kurdish rebels in caves near the Iraqi-border. The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) denied the report. The conflict on the Turkish-Iraqi border continued today as Turkey celebrates its 84th anniversary of the republic."
