"Rice working hard to find solution to Turkey/PKK problem
WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 (KUNA) -- U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice plans to apply 'considerable diplomatic capital' on Friday in Ankara to find a solution to tensions between Turkey and Iraq over deadly incursions from Iraq into Turkey by the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said on Monday."
