"Finnish initiative on Cyprus on the table
State Minister and chief European Union negotiator Ali Babacan yesterday completed his two-day visit to Athens. After being a keynote speaker at the European Investment Bank Forum and holding a series of face-to-face talks with leading political figures including Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis, main opposition PASOK head Andreas Papandreou and EU Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn, Babacan met with reporters.
Babacan said during all his talks Cyprus was the top issue.
