been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage & Cultural Site. The Gulf of Kotor has a fjord
where mountains plunge into a clear blue sea, and the local burgermeister emphasizes that his government regulates development to avoid, at all costs, the transformation of the entire coast into a giant piece of concrete. "
