Muzaffarabad, April 6: A Turkish non governmental organisation has rebuilt 10 educational institutions in the quake hit zone of Pakistan administered Kashmir and neighbouring North West Frontier Province at a cost of $ 4 million which will shortly be handed over to the concerned authorities in the two regions, it was learnt here on Thursday. "
