"Taliban kill Turkish engineer

Insurgents fatally shot a Turkish engineer and burned his body in southern Afghanistan.
The engineer, who was working on a road reconstruction project, was driving with three bodyguards in Nimroz province on Sunday when Taliban militants stopped his car and killed him.
The fate of the guards was not immediately known.
The attack is the latest in a string of killings of foreigners in southern Afghanistan. Other assaults this month have killed a Namibian security contractor, as well as four Macedonians working for a German firm. (AP)"
