ISTANBUL, April 7 (Reuters) - Eleven members of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party were arrested while preparing a bomb attack in Istanbul, state-run news agency Anatolian said on Friday, days after a bomb exploded in Turkey's biggest city.
Anatolian, citing unnamed sources, said the authorities seized 7.8 kg (17 lb) of plastic explosives where the rebels were hiding.
Police were not immediately available for comment."
