(Murat Sogangoz/JTW/Ankara) According to EU Observer, Olli Rehn, EU Commissioner for Enlargement, said: 'Europe's borders are defined rather by values than by geographical guidelines. Certainly, geographical borders set out the framework, but values define the borders'. He joined the ongoing debate in Europe about borders of Europe and absorption capacity. These debates are directly related with EU’s further enlargement which is now directed to Turkey and the Western Balkans. "
