"Turkey rebuffs Iran’s top nuclear negotiator

London, Apr. 24 – Turkey has rejected a visit by Iran’s top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani to Ankara.
Iran’s official news agency said in a dispatch that the Turkish Foreign Ministry had described the timing of such a visit as “inappropriate”."
