"Ankara's request for Özbey’s extradition ready

An extradition request for a Turk who is under arrest in Belgium and who is separately accused by Turkey of involvement in the murder of a prominent Turkish journalist has been sent by an Istanbul prosecutor's office to the Turkish Justice Ministry, reported the Anatolia news agency yesterday."
