Washington, DC, May. 30 (UPI) -- On Oct 3 Turkey is due to start negotiations for entry into the European Union. The meeting will doubtless be held, and the Turkish delegation will begin making their case as scheduled. But after the devastating rejection of the EU constitution in Sunday's French referendum the Turks are likely to find Europe's doors harder to open. "
