Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkanende said refusing the EU Constitution in tomorrow's referendum would harm The Netherlands's reputation.
Dutch Foreign Minister Ben Bot called on the 150,000 citizens of Turkish-origin living in the country to cast vote in support of the EU constitution. Balkanende and Bot answered ZAMAN's questions at a congress held in Utrecht for the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the ruling party the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA). "
