A court on duty in Istanbul decided to send journalist Tuncay Ozkan; Adil Serdar Sacan, the former chief of Istanbul Anti-Organized Crime Department; Gurbuz Capan; a former mayor of Istanbul's Esenyurt district; retired judge colonel Tanju Guvendiren; Emcet Olcaytu, a writer of Aydinlik magazine; and doctor Huseyin Nazlikul to prison."
