ANKARA, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- Turkish State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Cecil Cicek said that Turkey called for the extradition of members of the banned Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK) who were known to be abroad, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported on Monday."
