Three Turkish Cypriot community groups in Britain have criticised Theresa Villiers - the Conservatives' Shadow Secretary of State for Transport – for what they regard as her “bias” towards Greek Cypriots in her actions towards Cyprus. In an open letter to the North London MP, the British Council for Turkish Cypriot Associations (CTCA), Embargoed! and the Federation of Turkish Associations UK (FTA UK) claim Ms Villiers' comments and conduct is offensive to Turkish Cypriots and detrimental to Greek and Turkish Cypriot relations. "
