Nov 26 (Reuters) - Toreador Resources Corp (TRGL.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said its South Akcakoca sub-basin project in the Black Sea offshore Turkey was shut down temporarily by system operator TPAO due to damage to the pipeline spur running to the Akkaya platform."
