Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation (CB), the oldest real estate organization in the United States, is building a franchise network in Turkey. Jim Gillespie, president and CEO of CB, said that the firm was drawn to launch business in Turkey because of the availability of professional partners, the stable growth of the Turkish economy, the newly introduced mortgage system and the growing interest of the younger population to become home owners. CB is primarily based in the United States but has about 600 offices abroad."
