It has become a tradition to discuss cross-border military operation into Northern Iraq after every PKK-based terrorist incident in Turkey.
However, until recently these debates were mostly between Washington and Ankara. Both Turkish military and the civilians would request either that Washington clean up terrorist networks in the region or allow Turkey to do it."
