European Union Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn yesterday described French President Sarkozy's decision not to veto the opening of negotiations on three more chapters in Turkey's EU-membership process as a wise move. In an interview with French daily Le Figaro, Rehn referred to Turkey's upcoming general elections in July adding that Turkey was moving forward through a difficult period. ANK-Turkish Daily News"
