"Galatasaray Sack Gerets & Line Up Feldkamp Turkish giants Galatasaray have sacked their coach, Eric Gerets, and will replace him with Karl-Heinz Feldkamp, according to informed sources in Turkey.
Gerets will hold a press conference at 12:00 GMT today to clarify his situation.
Galatasaray finished third in the Turkish League this season, a distant 14 points behind champions and arch-rivals Fenerbahce, so the departure of Gerets does not come as a great shock."
