In evaluating the yearly program of a symphony orchestra, my criteria include the number of well-known and rarely performed pieces in the program, whether various periods of classical music are equally presented and whether it includes pieces by Turkish composers and their premieres. When we add to this the selection of guest conductors and musicians and Turkish soloists, the outcome gives a general idea of the season. "
