The French-Belgian Dexia Group recently bought 75 percent of Denizbank for $2.43 billion. We got together with Dexia Group’s 41-year-old CEO Axel Miller over dinner. Miller has been frequently traveling to Turkey in the past four or five years to buy a bank. "
