"Klaus supports Turkey's EU membership in Ankara
Ankara- Turkey would make a mistake if it sought something else but a fully-fledged membership in the European Union, Czech President Vaclav Klaus said in Ankara today.
He was reacting to a CTK question of what he thought about a possible privileged partnership that has been discussed in connection with Turkey's EU bid.
Earlier, Klaus supported EU enlargement to include Turkey in the talks with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Necdet Sezer."
