Securitas Security Services Europe has entered the Turkish market by agreeing to acquire 51 percent of the shares in Ankara-based DAK Güvenlik.
The purchase price for the shares is $2.1 million and the purchase price for the remaining 49 percent of the shares will be based on the financial performance of the company until the year 2009."
